Listening to your customer base and community and responding to their needs is essential to learn what will sell and what won’t! Their advice is to provide multiple ways of letting customers tell you what they want, listen to them at the counter, provide suggestion boxes, and survey your users and shareholders to understand more about their needs and preferences.

So while we build the premises and create a shop counter over which we can talk about this and other such things, we’d really appreciate your help.  To decide the type and variety of products on offer and the sort of products you’d want to buy we have a few questions to ask of you.
